Tensile Testing

Static tensile testing is routinely performed in AeroNordic to determine the Strength and Young’s modulus of both isotropic and an-isotropic materials.
A wide load range combined with various specimen geometries and grip solutions, we test a wide range of materials:
– Thin film, typically polymeric.
– Un-reinforced plastics.
– UD- as well as fabric reinforced composite materials.
– Rectangular and circular cross section metallic specimens.
